Our signature trademarked Zen Barre® Class uses essential oils and incorporates the mindfulness of yoga and Pilates with the elegant, functional strength of barre for a mind-body workout that improves not only the body, but the nervous system. In short, Zen Barre® combines the best of Barre, Yoga, Pilates and essential oils in a mind-body hybrid class. Using the breath to connect with the body and learning how to control the breath is a great way to help calm the nerves. After training and practicing the Zen Barre® method, students learn to connect their breath with their body movements helping to increase control during a Zen Barre® Workout. This class takes our Zen Barre® class and adds over 30 additional moves that can be performed with props.

Your Instructor
Jonelle is the founder of the Zen Barre® certification program and studio. Through the creation and practice of Zen Barre®, she fuels her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for human services. Jonelle believes the fitness journey empowers and inspires by connecting the mind, body, and soul. She utilizes this holistic approach in her practice, teaching and methodology of the Zen Barre®. When not teaching, Jonelle is a Speech-Language Pathologist.
